Add 4 tablespoons of NIDO® 1+ (or ¼ cup) to 1 cup (8 fl oz) of warm water; mix well. (1 scoop of NIDO® = 1 Tablespoon)

Add 4 tablespoons of NIDO® Fortificada to 1 cup (8 fl oz) of warm water; mix well.
