- 1 frozen acai packet (3.5 oz/100g) - Unsweetened is best!.
- 1/2 frozen banana (sliced before freezing for easier blending).
- 2-4 tablespoons NIDO Fortificada (adjust for desired thickness).
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup water (start with less add more as needed).
- Fruit Toppings (choose your favorites!): Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), banana slices, kiwi, mango, pineapple.
- Crunch Toppings (choose your favorites!): Granola, chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts), shredded coconut, chia seeds, hemp seeds.
- Sweetness (optional): Honey, maple syrup, agave nectar.
- Other: Nut butter (peanut, almond), cacao nibs, protein powder.

Step by step

BLEND THE BASE
Combine the frozen acai packet, frozen banana slices, and liquid in a blender.

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH
Start on a low speed and gradually increase to high. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times. Add more liquid, a tablespoon at a time, if it's too thick to blend. You want a thick, smoothie-like consistency.

POUR INTO A BOWL
Transfer the blended acai mixture to a bowl.
