NIDO® x Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup Nestlé® NIDO® Fortificada Dry Whole Milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups (12oz Bag) Nestlé® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Morsels

Step by step

In a medium bowl, combine flour, milk powder, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.

In a large mixer bowl with paddle attachment, mix cool melted butter with sugars.

Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix on low speed until combined.

Add flour mixture and combine. Stir in morsels. Scoop dough into 2 tbsp sized balls.

Place on sheet tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place cookie dough onto sheet trays 2 inches apart. Bake for 13-15 minutes, until edges are barely golden.

Remove from oven and place baking sheets on cooling racks for 2 minutes.

Transfer cookies directly to cooling racks to cool completely.
